Policy & Refund Guidelines

At Acaasa Pure Healing, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy and refund guidelines below:

 

1. Energized, Programmed & Activated Crystal-Talismans:

- Due to the unique and personalized nature of our Crystal-Talismans, all sales are final. These items are energized, programmed, and activated specifically for each client and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

2. Services:

- Weekly Wish Energy Boost: Our Weekly Wish Energy Boost service is non-refundable. Each wish submission is energetically supported by our team of expert practitioners and cannot be refunded once the energy work has been performed.

- Online Energy Healing Sessions: If you are not satisfied with your Online Energy Healing Session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session for a full refund.

- Online Hypnotherapy Session: If you are not satisfied with your Online Hypnotherapy Session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session for a full refund.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Products: Orders for Crystal-Talismans cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

- Services: Appointments for Online Energy Healing Sessions and Online Hypnotherapy Sessions can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. The Wish Energy Boost Service can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the service is provided.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

- Each Crystal-Talisman is unique, and please keep in mind that the crystals are natural products with different shapes and patterns. As such, the Crystal-Talisman you receive is not considered damaged or defective. It has been energetically programmed to work specifically for you based on its unique characteristics. If you have any questions or concerns about your Crystal-Talisman, please contact us immediately so we can address them.

 

Refund Process:

- To request a refund for an Online Energy Healing Session or Online Hypnotherapy Session, please contact us at: Acaasa.Pure.Healing@gmail.com within 24 hours of the session. Refunds for services will be processed within 7-10 business days.

- For questions or concerns about your Crystal-Talisman, please contact us immediately so we can address them. We will review your request and reply within 5 business days.
